Leeds United face Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night, and HITC pundits give their predictions on the likely outcome.
Leeds United 2-0 Nottingham Forest
Forest stunned Leeds earlier this season when the two sides met, but a lot has changed since. Oliver Burke inspired Forest that day and he has since moved on, while Leeds have really kicked on under Garry Monk. Forest are still without a permanent boss, and expect the result to show the different directions the teams are currently moving in.

Leeds United 3-1 Nottingham Forest
Gary Brazil’s second spell in caretaker charge got off to a flying start at the weekend but a Leeds side smarting from a Yorkshire derby defeat to Barnsley will be desperate to show that the mentality is different at Elland Road these days. And that’s without mentioning the in-form Chris Wood.

Leeds United 1-1 Nottingham Forest
A difficult game to call at Elland Road. Forest have an impressive record at the historic ground (3 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat from their last 5 visits), but Leeds United have looked a different team this season as they battle for promotion to the Premier League. Having said that, there were shades of Leeds of 2015/16 in their loss at Barnsley, whilst Forest looked much more solid at home to Bristol City.
Leeds United 2-1 Nottingham Forest
Leeds will be smarting after their 3-2 defeat against Barnsley at the weekend and they will want to get back to winning ways as soon as possible. Forest will be boosted by their 1-0 victory last time out but home advantage should see Leeds come out on top.
Leeds United 2 – 0 Nottingham Forest
Forest may have been the team that got the win at the weekend, but I fully expect Leeds to bounce back at Elland Road. It’s a measure of how far Garry Monk has taken this Leeds team when a defeat comes so rarely.

Leeds United 2-0 Nottingham Forest
A chance for Leeds to get back to winning ways, which they should have little issue doing at ‘fortress’ Elland Road. Forest may have ended their winless streak on Saturday, although the Whites are far more formidable opponents than Bristol City.
