Leeds United are joining the race for Odds BK goalkeeper Leopold Wahlstedt amid recent links to Liverpool.
That is according to the Daily Mail, who claim that Wahlstedt is attracting increasing interest ahead of the summer transfer window.
It’s claimed that Manchester United scout Tommy Moller Nielsen watched Wahlstedt in action for Odd against Rosenborg on Sunday.
Leeds are also understood to have scouted Wahlstedt in that game as more and more clubs join the race.
Liverpool are understood to also be interested in landing Wahlstedt at the end of the season.
Fotboll Transfers in Sweden report that Liverpool are interested in snapping up Wahlstedt this summer.
Liverpool are eyeing another goalkeeper with Caoimhin Kelleher expected to move on for first-team action.
Wahlstedt could be their man having shown real potential this term.

Who is Liverpool and Leeds United target Leopold Wahlstedt?
Wahlstedt was born in Stockholm and started his career with AIK before heading to FC Djursholm.
Wahlstedt joined Dalkurd FF in 2018 but failed to make a first-team appearance for the club.
The 6ft 3in stopper left Sweden to try his luck in Norway, joining Arendal in 2019.
That’s where Wahlstedt started to show potential, and Odd took a chance on him in 2021.
After starting as their B team goalkeeper, Wahlstedt stepped up up to become Odd’s first-choice stopper at senior level.
Now with a first Sweden cap under his belt, Wahlstedt appears to be developing rapidly over in Norway.
This does feel a little similar to Leeds snapping up Kristoffer Klaesson from Valerenga, but he has only played one league game.
Illan Meslier (above) is likely to be a wanted man this summer and Wahlstedt may be eyed as a replacement – if Leeds can beat Liverpool to his signature.
