The Scottish Sun have suggested that McBurnie is set to join Leeds from Swansea City in the summer.
The forward is believed to be on Paul Heckingbottom’s wishlist, as he looks to improve Leeds’ attack.
Whites fans generally seem excited over the potential of seeing McBurnie in action, and his latest actions on social media have done little to quash speculation over his future.
It was announced today that Hernandez had penned a new contract with Leeds, and McBurnie appears to be pleased with the Spaniard’s decision.
McBurnie and Hernandez could link up at Leeds next season, and that is a tantalising prospect for the Elland Road crowd.
McBurnie has already proven he can score goals at this level, as he has hit eight goals since joining Barnsley on loan in January.
