Leeds ace has struggled for game time.

Leeds United left-back Tom Pearce has had a frustrating season so far since committing his future to the club in the summer.
After breaking into the Leeds first team at the end of last season, Pearce has found opportunities limited behind new signing Barry Douglas.
Even with Douglas injured, Pearce was overlooked against Brentford.
The young left-back was in action for England’s under-20s last week and got some much needed game time.
That showed his international career has not been affected by his lack of action, but that may not remain the case.
For his own development, Pearce must consider a Leeds exit in January and try to find a loan move.

After making progress last season, Pearce can’t afford a season where he doesn’t start at all and needs to be playing regular football. Last season showed he is more than capable of featuring at a high level.
The big problem for Pearce is that leaving Leeds on loan now could be a decision he regrets for the rest of his life.
Leeds appear to be very much in the promotion race, and hope to finally reclaim their place in the top flight.
Walking away from being a part of this could haunt Pearce, and even if he plays just a few times, it will be worth it.
A delicate decision must be made in January, but Pearce will need a signal from manager Marcelo Bielsa that it is in his best interests to stay put.
