Leeds boss Garry Monk showed restraint in late melee.

Huddersfield Town’s win over Leeds United was overshadowed by a late melee after the Terriers scored a winner at the death.

Head coach Garry Monk showed restraint by not becoming physical, even if many wished he would have done so.

Among those caught up in the moment and wanting the Leeds manager to put Wagner in his place was former international boxing champion Josh Warrington, who supports the Whites.

He sent a message on Twitter amid the scenes unfolding.

The win made it two out of two for Huddersfield against Leeds this season, and saw the Terriers climb above their rivals in the Championship table.

Huddersfield are fourth and Leeds are in fifth, with Reading in third place and Sheffield Wednesday occupying the last play-off spot.
