Leeds are at serious risk of missing out on Aleksandar Prijovic.

Leeds United’s hopes of signing Aleksandar Prijovic are fading amid strong interest from Rennes.
Prijovic has been contacted by the Ligue 1 club and given a salary offer, and is ‘interested’ in joining their project.
He is reported to have spoken ‘several times’ with Rennes management are is said to be not far away from agreeing terms.

The only major obstacle remaining for Rennes to meet PAOK’s asking price, as they try to do a deal for lower than the striker’s £8.8 million release clause.
Prijovic has scored 14 goals in 23 games for the Greek side this season, and also netted his first ever international goal for Serbia.
It does not at this stage appear like they have actively pursued this interest, and this could be a big opportunity missed for the in form striker.
Rennes appear to be closing in on his services although at this stage it is not too late for Leeds to make a late approach, but time is running out.
