- EXCLUSIVE from Graeme Bailey
HITC understands that Leeds United have agreed a deal for an attacking addition to their squad this summer.
Leeds United failed to get out of the EFL Championship last season after the Yorkshire side suffered a 1-0 defeat to Southampton in the play-off final at Wembley Stadium.
The Whites sold Archie Gray to Tottenham Hotspur this summer and Wilfried Gnonto could also be on his way out of Elland Road this summer but replacements are being sought after to give the club the best chance of promotion.
Sources have told HITC that Leeds are about to pull off an important attacking addition this summer.

Leeds United strike Largie Ramazani agreement
Sources have told HITC that Leeds have struck an agreement with Spanish side UD Almeria for the signing of former Manchester United forward Largie Ramazani.
HITC understands that Daniel Farke’s side have agreed to pay £10 million for the Belgian winger and he is now on his way to Yorkshire for a medical.
As we have reported, Leeds want two forwards this summer but they have already missed out on Jonathan Rowe, who is heading to Marseille after the French giants struck an agreement with EFL Championship side Norwich City for the English winger.
Ramazani is understood to have been someone on their radar all summer but now they have got one of their main targets in the transfer window.
The 23-year-old winger only ever made one first-team appearance for the Red Devils but has made 128 first-team appearances for Almeria, where he has netted 22 goals and provided nine assists for the Spanish side.
Leeds could be in for a busy end to the transfer window
As mentioned, Gray has already departed Elland Road this summer and Gnonto could also follow soon after if clubs come in for the Italian winger.
Palace were previously keen on Gnonto as a replacement for Michael Olise, who moved to Bayern Munich earlier this summer.
Leeds have added Jayden Bogle and Joe Rodon and Ramazani looks set to be the third big-money signing for the Yorkshire side this summer.
