Leeds United striker Tyler Roberts has an envious scoring record so far.

It looks like Tyler Roberts was worth the wait for Leeds United.
Signed in January, injuries and competition meant the Wales international only made his debut in September.
His first game against Millwall showed he was still a little rusty.
Against Preston in midweek he was clinical, and scored twice in a 2-0 win.
So Roberts now has scored two goals in two league games for Leeds, not bad at all.
His two goals eclipses the records of two of last season’s strikers, who Leeds have shipped out on loan.
Caleb Ekuban played 20 games for Leeds in 2017/18 including 12 starts… and scored only once.

Jay-Roy Grot also made 20 appearances in the league, albeit 19 times as a substitute, and only contributed one goal.
Roberts has bettered each of their individual records already, and the season is only just getting started.
It certainly appears Marcelo Bielsa made the right move, and considering Roberts began the season as Leeds’ third choice striker and has been elevated due to injuries, it shows the strength Leeds now possess.
