Leeds United are on the look out for additions which could improve their attack.
If Leeds United could complete a deal to sign Ryan Kent and Abel Hernandez then their attack would look much more threatening than it did last season.
Goal have reported how Leeds have shown an interest in signing Kent from Liverpool, while Hernandez has been a long-term target of the Whites according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
Leeds still have work to do to get either deal over the line, but the double-swoop would give the Whites’ new manager, whoever that may be, so much to work with.
Leeds failed to find a prolific scorer last season, and they were far too reliant on Pablo Hernandez and Samu Saiz to give them a creative spark.
Hernandez would be almost guaranteed to fill their goalscoring void, if they could keep him fit, as his record at Championship level is outstanding.
Kent is less proven, but he also looks to be a hugely exciting talent, that could offer Leeds a huge amount.
Kent is a natural in possession, with his dribbling ability able to frighten defences.
If the 21-year-old was brought to Elland Road, he would help to take the weight off Saiz’s and Hernandez’s shoulders, and would ensure that Leeds have a threat from all angles going forward next term.
