Should Leeds United renew an interest in Scott Malone this summer?

And one man who might just fit the bill is Huddersfield Town left-back Scott Malone.
The 27-year-old was linked with a move to Elland Road in January and the Terriers weren’t keen to sell him, it could be different this time around.
Malone is clearly on the fringes of things, having started only two Premier League games in three months, and he could be tempted away by the promise of regular football.
At Leeds, the former Fulham man – who earns £7,000 per week [Silly Season] – would be competing with Pearce and January signing Laurens de Bock, but he is comfortably better than both at the moment and he should be seriously considered.
Malone, who is contracted to David Wagner’s side until 2020, is worth around £3.5 million, according to CIES, Football Observatory.
