With Norwich having endured a disappointing campaign in the Championship, it would not be a surprise if the Canaries get offers for the 23-year-old winger this summer.
According to The Chronicle, Newcastle United are keeping tabs on the former England Under-20 international, while The Mirror has credited Leicester City, Bournemouth and Crystal Palace with interest in the Norwich star.
It would be smart of Leeds to join the race for Murphy, even though they may not eventually be able to compete with the likes of Newcastle and Leicester for transfer fees.
The West Yorkshire outfit could do with a talented and young winger, and Murphy fits the bill, having already proved himself in the Championship.
