Paudie O’Connor will reportedly sign a new contract with Leeds United.

Leeds United have agreed a new contract with Paudie O’Connor, according to The Mirror.
It has been reported that Leeds have moved to make sure that O’Connor is part of new head coach Marcelo Bielsa’s team next season.
The report has also claimed that the new deal for 20-year-old central defender will be announced next week.

Good decision from Leeds United?
O’Connor has been on the book of Leeds since March 2017, and the 20-year-old centre-back did well during the second half of the past season.
The youngster made four Championship starts for the Whites in 2017-18 and was quite impressive.

Given O’Connor’s age and undeniable potential, it makes sense for Leeds to hand him a new contract and make sure that he remains at Elland Road in the long term.
New head coach Bielsa knows how to turn talented and hungry young players into superb footballer, and the Argentine could do the same with O’Connor next season in which Leeds will be aiming to finish in the Championship playoffs at least.
