Leeds United are said to be in talks with Nottingham Forest over midfielder Liam Bridcutt.
Bridcutt has struggled to break into Leeds’ team this season, with Thomas Christiansen seemingly having his doubts over the defensive midfielder.
But Leeds fans believe it would be a major error, if Christiansen did cash in on the former Sunderland man.
Leeds have a considerable amount of depth in their midfield ranks, but Bridcutt was expected to be a regular starter this season.
The signs do not look particularly promising for the 28-year-old though, as the likes of Eunan O’Kane, Mateusz Klich, Ronaldo Vieira and Kalvin Phillips have all been utilised ahead of him so far this term.
Bridcutt has previously suggested that he wanted to end his career with Leeds, but he may have to move for more game time.
If he was to make the switch to Forest, he would help to bolster Mark Warburton’s midfield options at the City Ground.
