Leeds United are currently in Ireland on a pre-season tour.

Leeds United’s official website has published the 24-man list for the Whites’ pre-season training camp, with familiar faces, new signings and exciting young prospects all involved.
New Leeds manager Garry Monk has had a little while to run the rule over plenty of his squad but the two-week tour of Ireland will allow him to get a much better idea of who he can trust as he bids to earn promotion in his first year at the helm.

Among those players involved are new signings Marcus Antonsson and Kyle Bartley, while 17-year-old Ronaldo Vieira is also included as he bids to continue his impressive rise up the ranks since initially impressing on trial last season.
Other notable inclusions are defender Paul McKay, Leeds’ under-21 captain Alex Purver and young striker Eoghan Stokes.

Monk has quickly set about improving his defence and his forward line with the additions of Bartley and Antonsson respectively, but that is unlikely to be the last of his summer business.
That said, this tour will allow Leeds’ current crop the chance to impress their new manager and ensure they are part of his first-team plans next season and beyond.
