The performance and win against automatic-chasers West Brom was an absolute contrast to the 1-0 defeat they suffered earlier on in the week against QPR.
At the time of the win, the Whites moved to the top of the Championship table, but they have since been overtaken by Norwich City following their win at Millwall on Saturday afternoon.
Bielsa’s side will be keeping a keen eye on the steel city derby on Monday night because a victory for Sheffield United would see them leapfrog Leeds in the table and drop them back into the play-off pack.
Not many supporters would argue that the current top three, Norwich, Leeds and the Blades have been the best performing teams in the second tier of English football this term.
In their next three league matches, Leeds will travel to sixth-placed Bristol City, relegation-threatened Reading before they host Sheffield United at Elland Road.
