Leeds United want striker Pedro and the Flamengo star is now celebrating winning South America’s biggest honour in the Copa Libertadores.
The Whites had a pretty enjoyable Saturday night.
Crysencio Summerville’s winner secured all three points for Leeds at Anfield as they beat Liverpool 2-1.
Jesse Marsch really need that win after four straight defeats piled the pressure on his job at Elland Road.
Elsewhere, there were even bigger celebrations going on for one player who Leeds may well try to sign come January.

Leeds United want striker Pedro
Flamengo striker Pedro is thought to feature on the Leeds United radar.
Fabrizio Romano told Give Me Sport before the summer deadline that Leeds have been monitoring Pedro for a long time now.
A deal couldn’t be done before the summer deadline but Leeds will surely still have Pedro on their wish list.
Pedro, 25, emerged with Fluminense before making an ultimately disappointing move to Italy with Fiorentina.
Pedro quickly returned to Brazil with Flamengo, initially on loan before joining permanently.
The centre forward has now smashed 70 goals in 159 games for Flamengo and has even picked up two caps for Brazil.
Leeds will have been tracking his progress in Brazil and Pedro will be on top of the world today.
Flamengo faced Athletico Paranaense in the Copa Libertadores final on Saturday evening – essentially the South American Champions League.
Flamengo ran out 1-0 winners with Gabriel Barbosa bagging the only goal of the game before half time.
Believed to be the most popular club in Brazil, Flamengo are champions of South America once again and Pedro played his part in their success.
Pedro finished as the top goalscorer in this season’s Copa Libertadores with 12, and was named the Best of the Tournament.
Flamengo still have four games to come but some key players may now feel that they can leave on a high in January.
Pedro may well be one of them and the World Cup could be key.
If Pedro gets into the Brazil squad and shines, he may feel he needs to move on, and it may feel like the time to head to Europe if he misses out.
Leeds will be aware of all of these factors and may well hope that Pedro fancies the move to Elland Road come January.
