Craig Eastmond came through the ranks at Arsenal with the Leeds United pair.
Leeds United take on Sutton United in the FA Cup on Sunday and will be hoping to avoid an upset at the Borough Sports Ground.
The Conference National side knocked out AFC Wimbledon in the third round and will be hoping to get one over on the Championship side.
It will also be an opportunity for one Sutton player to go head-to-head with two former team-mates.
Kyle Bartley – Arsenal Youth celebrates his goal with Craig Eastmond
Craig Eastmond joined Sutton in 2015 after struggling to find his feet in the Football League. But he looked like a potential star when he came through the youth ranks at Arsenal. He played 10 times for the Gunners in his professional career at the club.
He also won the FA Youth Cup in 2009, in an Arsenal youth-team that contained Leeds United defenders Luke Ayling and Kyle Bartley.
Sutton’s Craig Eastmond looks dejected after misisng a chance to score
The trio helped the defensive side of the game in an attacking side that also contained Jack Wilshere.
For Eastmond his career never continued on the trajectory many thought it would, so he will certainly be a player to watch for the non-league side.
After the draw was done, Ayling even tweeted Eastmond, as he got excited for his reunion with his old team-mate.
Leeds have benefitted from the presence of these two former Arsenal stars and will be wary of Eastmond being a major influence on the game for Sutton this weekend.
