Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has bought Elland Road this summer.

Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has told BBC Sport that he intends to make further changes to Elland Road over the second half of the season.

Leeds have bought their own stadium this summer, in one of the most notable pieces of action which Radrizzani has taken since taking charge.

And the Italian owner is keen to start making changes to Elland Road as the campaign progresses.

“We are investing a little bit on the stadium to refresh the stadium & to increase the experience & services to the fans,” he said.

“We moved back the Director’s Box from the East Stand to West Stand, we’ve created new lounges. They’ll be more changes in the second half of season.”

Leeds fans have generally taken very positively to Radrizzani’s ownership of the club so far.

Radrizzani has backed with Leeds with funds in the transfer market, and appears to have an impressive long-term strategy.

The Whites will have a chance to prove they have made progress over the summer this weekend, when they take on Bolton Wanderers in Championship action.

Leeds finished just short of the play offs last time out, but have made no secret of their desire to break into the top six over the upcoming campaign.
