Lewie Coyle joined Fleetwood Town on loan from Leeds United in the summer transfer window.

Coyle has said that he is happy to be playing at right-back after being deployed at left-back by Fleetwood manager Joe Barton before the arrival of 24-year-old left-back James Husband on loan from Norwich City in the summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old himself joined the Cod Army in the summer, linking up with Barton’s side on loan from Championship club Leeds.
The youngster spent the 2017-18 campaign on loan at Fleetwood as well, and the full-back has said that he is enjoying his football at the moment.
Coyle has also analysed his own performances for Fleetwood and wants to continue to improve.
“I’m back at right-back, thoroughly enjoying my football and looking forward to being part of a successful team,” Coyle told Fleetwood Weekly News. “I’ve done OK.
“I’ve played the majority of the games, picked up from where I left off last year, but I am always looking to improve.
“I never settle for mediocre. I’m always striving to do better in any way shape or form that I can help to help us win games of football.”

Pushing for promotion
Fleetwood are pushing for promotion from League One to the Championship this season.
Barton’s side are eighth in the league table at the moment with 13 points from eight matches, two points behind sixth-placed Walsall.
Coyle will be an important player in Fleetwood’s quest to finish in the top six of League One this season.
