Leeds United are going strong in the Championship at the moment.

Leeds United chief executive Ben Mansford has told BBC Radio Leeds, as reported by The Yorkshire Post, that Garry Monk was never in danger of losing his managerial job.
Monk was appointed the Leeds head coach in the summer following the departure of Steve Evans at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
The former Swansea City boss is a very talented manager, but things did not start well at Leeds for him.
The Whites were at one point in the bottom three of the Championship table, but a recent run of positive results has seen them back in the hunt for a playoff spot.

The West Yorkshire outfit are 11th in the Championship table at the moment with 16 points from 11 matches, just four points behind sixth-placed Birmingham City.
Leeds chief executive Mansford has stated that Monk was never in danger of getting sacked, and has also praised the current situation of the team.
Mansford has also stated that Leeds have faith in Monk.

“We knew it was going to take a little bit of time and that the squad needed to be built up,” Mansford told BBC Radio Leeds, as reported by The Yorkshire Post. “Garry was going to be afforded that time.
“I believe we were in a calm place with Garry. I firmly believe that. Garry’s given the ownership, the senior executive team, his staff and his players every confidence that he believes he’s the man for the job.
“He hasn’t got too high and he didn’t get too low when we had one or two knocks. We crack on. Garry’s our guy, he’s doing well for us, he’s very well regarded and I believe he’s one of the best young coaches around – let him get on with his job.”
Leeds will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Derby County away from home at the iPro Stadium in the Championship.
