Leeds United co-owner Massimo Cellino’s departure from Elland Road appears imminent.
The Sun reported last week that he had struck a deal to sell his remaining 50 per cent share to Andrea Radrizzani, and while this has yet to be confirmed, reports in Italy suggest it is the case.
The maverick Italian is said to already be preparing his next move, to purchase a controlling stake in Serie B side Brescia.

News outlet Brescia Oggi report that Cellino has already cut ties with Leeds and is plotting his imminent return to Italian football.
The report states: “Leeds now belongs to his past. The transfer of company shares is now in the case, the return to Italy a long-term determination.
“After making the story of Cagliari, Massimo Cellino is determined to repeat, and possibly better, with Brescia.”
The headline of the report states ‘cut to the finish line… Cellino prepares the lunge’.

Cellino has been linked with making a move on Brescia since last Autumn, and it appears now he is nearing his end game.
His spell in England has been controversial and beset by problems, personally receiving two suspensions from the Football Association.
Leeds moved forwards under his stewardship but only after six managers were fired in three years to find the right one, and even now they have him, there is no guarantee they can keep hold of him.
A parting of the ways seems best for both Cellino and Leeds. Time will tell whether Brescia are lucky to have him or not.
