Lewis Baker has joined Leeds United on loan from Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

Leeds have signed Baker on a season-long loan deal from Premier League club Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
The 23-year-old midfielder – who earns £20,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – will be aiming to help the Whites to the Championship playoffs next season.
The Englishman has outlined his playing style and what he can bring to the current Leeds team.
Baker told The Yorkshire Evening Post: “That’s part of my game as well, I try to get goals in the eight and do both – get forward, get back.
“I’d describe myself as a box-to-box player. I’m more attack minded…get goals, assists and try and create getting forward.”

Exciting prospect
Baker may have struggled to make a huge impact at Middlesbrough last season, but there is no doubt that the Chelsea-owned midfielder is a superb midfielder.
The midfielder is a very dynamic footballer who is going to entertain and excite the Leeds fans.
For the 23-year-old to perform at his very best at Elland Road, new Leeds head coach Marcelo Bielsa needs to play him to his strengths, although the midfielder himself should be open to new ideas and should be flexible about his position as the season progresses.
