Leeds loanee barely figured at the weekend.

Leeds striker Caleb Ekuban got off to the perfect start on his debut at Trabzonspor in September.
He came off the bench to score in a win over Galatasaray, to the delight of fans.
Since then Ekuban has had little to smile about.
He has still not been picked to start a league game, and has no further goals.
At the weekend Ekuban came off the bench in Trabzonspor’s 2-1 win over Fenerbahce, where he played 17 minutes off the bench.
He managed only three touches.
It is little wonder then that Turkish newspaper Fanatik report Trabzonspor are not likely to sign Ekuban permanently.

Ekuban arrived late in the transfer window and has not had a proper pre-season, after being omitted from Marcelo Bielsa’s plans at Leeds.
It is possible then that he will turn his chances around in the second half of the season, but Ekuban must show the Turkish side he deserves more opportunities.
Playing like he did at the weekend won’t help his cause.
