Brad Friedel has said on Stadium Astro that new Leeds United head coach Jesse Marsch’s training sessions are very good.
The former Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper has said that he knows that Marsch’s training sessions are well drilled.
The former USA international goalkeeper was a manager at the New England Revolution when fellow American coach Marsch was in charge of the New York Red Bulls.
Marsch was recently appointed as the new head coach of Leeds following the dismissal of Marcelo Bielsa.
The American lost his first game in charge of Leeds this past weekend, as Leicester City beat them 1-0 at the King Power Stadium.
Friedel said on Stadium Astro about Marsch: “I know Jesse really well. I coached against Jesse when he was at New York Red Bulls and I was at New England Revolution.”
The pundit added: “His training sessions are very good, I know that.”

Leeds United fans should keep faith in Jesse Marsch
In our view, Leeds fans should have faith in Marsch.
Yes, the American did not get to the ideal start as the Leeds boss, but there were some very encouraging signs.
For example, Leeds conceded just one goal.
The Whites also took 19 shots, but they could not take their chances.
If Patrick Bamford is back soon, then then that will help Leeds with their problem of converting chances.
