Jack Harrison is expecting talks over a new Leeds United contract amid continued rumours linking him with Newcastle United.
The Whites lost one winger over the summer as Raphinha made a big move to Barcelona.
Leeds stood firm over Harrison though and it looked like the decision was paying real dividends.
Harrison started the season with three assists and one goal in the opening three games of the season.
Harrison hasn’t managed a goal or assist since then though and was even substituted at half time in his last Premier League game, the 4-3 home win over Bournemouth.

Jack Harrison is expecting Leeds United talks
Jesse Marsch needs to find a way to get Harrison back firing again as when he’s in top form, he’s one of the top players at Elland Road.
Harrison has attracted interest from elsewhere with Newcastle United very interested.
Magpies boss Eddie Howe is understood to be a big fan of Harrison, at least according to The Athletic.
TEAMtalk reported last month that Newcastle could even make a new bid for Harrison in January having failed to tempt Leeds into selling over the summer.
Leeds now need to make a decision – sell Harrison or push for him to commit his future to the keep for years to come.
Harrison is out of contract in the summer of 2024, meaning he is now heading towards the final 18 months of his contract.
Leeds won’t want to see Harrison get to the final 12 months of his deal and ultimately see his value diminish.
Harrison has now told Leeds Live that he is expecting talks over a new contract next month as his agent is heading to negotiate a deal.
Harrison admitted that he loves being at Leeds and is just hoping that something gets sorted out with director of football Victor Orta soon, seemingly not focusing on a possible move to Newcastle.
“I enjoy being here at the club, I love being here, I’ve been here a long time now and I’m almost part of the furniture here now,” said Harrison.
“It’s a great place to be, I’m happy to be here and I think my agent is coming over in the next month to sort something out with Victor. So we’ll see what happens,” he added.
