Leeds United were strongly linked with a move for Bristol City defender Joe Bryan last summer.

Joe Byran is now valued at £15 million according to The Sunday People (print edition, page 48, March 18, 2018), showing Leeds United have missed their chance to sign the Bristol City left-back.
Leeds were heavily linked with Byran last summer, as reported by the Bristol Post.
However, the Whites would not pay up for Bryan, and they may regret that decision now.

Bryan has gone on to have a fine season at Ashton Gate, while left-back has proven a problem position for Leeds.
The trouble for Paul Heckingbottom’s side is that any deal for Bryan looks impossible now.
The Sunday Post claim that Bristol City want £15 million for the full-back, with Everton now interested.

The Toffees believe that Bryan has the ability to play in the Premier League, and they could make a summer move, if Lee Johnson’s side fail to earn promotion.
And Leeds must now regret not pushing harder for Bryan when they had their chance, as he could have been a brilliant addition at Elland Road.
