Leeds United want George Hall and Birmingham City are seemingly already planning to spend the money from his ‘inevitable’ transfer.
The Whites have been active in signing young players ever since Victo Orta’s arrival as director of football back in 2017.
Crysencio Summerville is joining Pascal Struijk as a major success story from that approach whilst fans have seen great signs from the likes of Joe Gelhardt, Sam Greenwood and Lewis Bate.
Jesse Marsch may well want first-team additions at Elland Road but Orta is likely to continue targeting prospects for the future.

Leeds United want George Hall
The Sun reported last week that Leeds are favourites to snap up Birmingham City teenager George Hall.
Hall’s lack of first-team starts this season has given Leeds hope of a January deal and they have received another boost.
The Daily Mail report that Hall leaving Birmingham is now ‘inevitable’ during the January transfer window.
It’s stated that Blues are looking to sell Hall and then reinvest the funds in a key signing of their own.
Birmingham want to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Dion Sanderson permanently after a strong loan spell.
It’s unclear whether Birmingham can really pull off that deal without selling Hall and the teenager is now expected to go.
Other Premier League clubs will be keen on Hall but Leeds appear to be favourites for an exciting deal.
Hall, 18, has featured 17 times in the Championship this season but only started five games.
An exciting central midfielder, Hall has been branded ‘explosive’ and ‘dynamic’ by Birmingham youth coach Matt Olorenshaw.
Hall would likely join the Leeds developmental system but with the goal of him becoming a first-team regular in the coming years.
A move to Leeds would see Hall reunite with former Blues youngster Amari Miller and all the sign point towards a January move being on the cards.
