Leeds United will face Reading in the Championship this weekend.

Leeds United fans on social networking site Twitter have urged head coach Paul Heckingbottom to give Tom Pearce a chance against Reading this weekend.

The West Yorkshire outfit will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Reading away from home at Madejski Stadium in the Championship.

The Whites will head into the match against the Royals on the back of a 3-0 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers at Elland Road in the league.

Leeds fans want head coach Heckingbottom to include Pearce in the starting lineup for the match against Reading on Saturday.

Bailey Peacock-Farrell made his first appearance of the season in the Championship on Wednesday evening, as the 21-year-old started in goal.

Pearce is a regular for Leeds Under-23 side and has been playing well at left-back this season.

The 19-year-old is a very talented and promising young left-back who has a bright future ahead of him, having moved to Leeds in 2014 after leaving Everton, according to Leeds Live.
