The Argentine boss shares a great relationship with Pep Guardiola, and Leeds fans are already dreaming of potential transfers between the two clubs.
And a name which Leeds fans are really keen to see signed is Foden, who is regarded as one of City’s top prospects.
Foden has played a handful of first-team games for City already, so it would be a shock of Guardiola did loan him out.
But there are few managers who Guardiola trusts more than Bielsa, and Leeds fans are hoping that a deal may be agreed.
If Foden did arrive at Leeds it would only increase optimism at Elland Road further.
