Leeds United have been linked with Peterborough United’s Jack Marriott in the January transfer window.

Leeds United fans have urged Peterborough United striker Jack Marriott on social networking site Twitter to move to Elland Road.
Marriott is one of the best strikers in League One and scored twice against Aston Villa at Villa Park in the FA Cup at the weekend in their 3-1 comeback win.
The 23-year-old was the star of the show for Posh on Saturday, as he scored twice – first on 75 minutes and then the winner in the third minute of injury time.

The former Ipswich Town striker is in fine form in League One at the moment, and has scored 17 goals and provided three assists in the league so far this season, according to BBC Sport.
According to The Express, Leeds are interested in signing Marriott from Peterborough in the January transfer window.
The Whites’ Championship rivals, Villa and Sunderland, are also claimed to be interested in the striker.
Leeds fans have responded to Marriott’s message on Twitter following Posh’s win against Villa and want him to switch to Elland Road this month.
