Roberts joined from West Bromwich Albion in January but got injured in his very first training session and has not featured since.
Roberts has kept a low profile while he rehabilitates his shin injury but this week popped up on social media to deliver an inspirational quote, and Leeds fans were quick to respond.
Leeds fans asked when he might be making his comeback, including asking whether he could feature in the upcoming trip to Myanmar, although Roberts is yet to reply.
Leeds had hoped Roberts might help turn around their form when he left West Brom in late January but they have had to make do without him.
It would make sense for Roberts to travel to Myanmar for a team bonding experience but Leeds might be better off not playing him.
If he was to re-aggravate his injury on the controversial post-season trip then fans would be furious and Leeds are better off keeping him rested until pre-season in July.
