Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa may lose Samu Saiz in January, with Ibai Gomez reportedly a potential replacement.

Leeds United fans are urging Ibai Gomez to move to Elland Road, with Samu Saiz heading towards the exit.

The Yorkshire Evening Post have suggested that Saiz is now on his way out of Leeds, with the Spanish midfielder set to return back to his homeland.

And many Leeds fans now feel that Gomez is the ideal choice to replace the talented playmaker.

AS have reported how Leeds want to sign the £4.5 million Alaves attacker, who has caught the eye in Spain’s top flight this term.

And Leeds supporters are doing everything in their power to try and convince Gomez to make a move to Yorkshire.

Gomez has scored three goals and claimed two assists for Alaves so far this season in La Liga.

If he was brought to Leeds he could immediately have a role to play in a promotion battle.

The Whites are currently leading the way in the Championship, and will hope that the seemingly impending loss of Saiz does not have a negative impact on their form.
