Leeds United won 1-0 away to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.
Leeds United got back to winning ways this weekend with an impressive 1-0 victory away to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Whites goal came courtesy of summer signing Kemar Roofe, who netted for the first time since arriving at Elland Road from Oxford United in the summer.
As well as Roofe’s vital contribution, the likes of Pontus Jansson, Kyle Bartley and Ronaldo Vieira all impressed, and the young midfielder generated plenty of praise from the Leeds faithful after the final whistle.
The 18-year-old burst onto the scene at the start of the season but he has been used more sparingly in recent weeks, and Saturday saw him start for the first time in three Championship matches.
He did not disappoint and on this evidence it will be interesting to see how Leeds manager Garry Monk lines up when all his midfield options are fit and available.
