Barrow featured for Reading in the Championship game against Leeds away from home at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The 25-year-old former Varbergs BoIS and Ostersunds FK, who can operate as a winger or as a forward, started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as it finished in a 2-2 draw.
The Gambia international is a former Leeds loanee, having spent the second half of last season on loan at Elland Road from Premier League club Swansea City.
Barrow joined Championship club Reading from Swansea in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £1.5 million.
