Stuart Dallas could feature for Leeds United against Wigan Athletic in the Championship this weekend.
The West Yorkshire outfit will take on Wigan away from home at the DW Stadium in the Championship on Sunday afternoon.
Leeds head coach Bielsa has suggested that Dallas will feature against the Latics as a right-back.
The Northern Ireland international is a winger by trade, but due to injuries to other players, the 27-year-old has played as a full-back on occasions this season.
Bielsa told Leeds Live about Dallas: “He will play as a full-back. He has a very important contribution to the offensive play.
“He has a very good first pass. He is a dynamic player and adapts very well to the style of play.”
Some Leeds fans are not pleased with Biela’s insistence on playing Dallas as a full-back and have expressed their opinion on Twitter, as shown in the posts below.
Dallas has made three starts and seven substitute appearances in the Championship for Leeds so far this season, according to WhoScored.
The Northern Ireland international has made 0.7 tackles and given 0.5 key passes per game on average and has a pass accuracy of 72.2%, according to WhoScored.
While the 27-year-old has not exactly been great at right-back for Leeds, Bielsa must have been seen something that has epnoucraged him about Dallas.
