Leeds United youngster Kun Temenuzhkov came off the bench to rescue a point for his side in an Under-23 clash with Bolton Wanderers last night.
The 17-year-old striker replaced Jack Clarke on 85 minutes, before smashing home a 91st-minute equaliser from a corner to earn Leeds a 2-2 draw.
Bulgaria-born Temenuzhkov, who is eligible for Spain after moving there at the age of five, hasn’t had a huge role to play in the Whites’ youth teams this season following a move from Barcelona in the summer.
But Monday’s goal might just reinforce his potential after The Guardian named him as one of the 60 best youngsters in world football.

As enthusiastic as some fans might be, it seems very unlikely that Leeds boss Thomas Christiansen will be using Temenuzhkov any time soon.
He is clearly a promising talent, but that’s all he is for now and United don’t have the luxury of experimenting in Championship games.
The West Yorkshire side visit Newport County in the FA Cup on January 7 and although Christiansen will name a fringe XI in that one, it’s unlikely to include Temenuzhkov unless he has a brilliant next few weeks for the youth side.
