Leeds United lost 1-0 at Birmingham on Saturday afternoon.

Kemar Roofe has come under fire from Leeds United fans following his performance in Saturday’s 1-0 defeat at Birmingham City.
The 24-year-old attacker spearheaded Leeds’ forward line ahead of Pierre-Michel Lasosgga on a day when Roofe – who had four goals in his last four Championship games – didn’t turn up.
The former Oxford United man, who joined the Whites for £3 million (The Yorkshire Post) under Garry Monk 18 months ago, only touched the ball 30 times in his 90-minute spell at St Andrews.

And fans of the Elland Road club haven’t been kind to him on Twitter.
Roofe is certainly a good striker, and his two-hat-tricks for Leeds this season prove as much, but he can drift out of games completely and that isn’t an envious trait to have.

In the second half of the campaign, Thomas Christiansen is going to need a consistent, reliable striker and if one is available in January then Director of Football Victor Orta should do everything he can to get him.
It could well be the difference between reaching the Premier League or not.
