Leeds United bounced back from two successive 4-1 defeats to keep a clean sheet against Arsenal on Sunday evening.
The Whites had been thrashed by Crystal Palace and Leicester City before the international break, but the return of Kalvin Phillips certainly helped against Arsenal.
Nicolas Pepe’s second half red card was of course a boost too, but Leeds will certainly take a clean sheet having leaked goals lately.
The clean sheet also came at a great time for Illan Meslier, given that Leeds were linked with signing a new goalkeeper over the weekend.
The Sun reported that Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson wants a loan move away from the club in January, and could end up at Leeds.
The Whites are thought to be interested in Henderson, as are Bournemouth and Brighton, with Henderson looking for first-team football ahead of the European Championships.

Henderson is no stranger to Yorkshire having played with Sheffield United for two seasons, but some Leeds fans think he wouldn’t want a move to Elland Road because of abuse fans gave him during his time with the Blades.
Others believe that Leeds are better off sticking with Meslier rather than signing a young keeper on loan, though others to think he would be a great signing for the Whites if rivals United will send him to Elland Road.
