Alioski, who can operate as a winger or as a left-back, has been playing well in recent weeks and has been working very hard.
The 27-year-old Macedonia international runs a lot and works tirelessly for the team, and there is little surprise that the winger is one of the first names on head coach Marcelo Bielsa’s teamsheet.
According to WhoScored, Alioski has made 35 starts in the Championship for Leeds so far this season, scoring seven goals and providing five assists in the process.
Leeds are second in the Championship table at the moment with 67 points from 35 matches, just two points behind leaders Norwich City.
The Whites will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Bristol City away from home in the Championship.
City are sixth in the Championship table at the moment with 54 points from 34 matches and are very much in the running for the playoffs.
Alioski is set to start the match for the West Yorkshire outfit, and Leeds fans have praised him on Twitter.
