Leeds United January signing Tyler Roberts will not play against Cardiff City in the Championship this weekend.

Leeds United fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to recent comments from Thomas Christiansen on Tyler Roberts.
The West Yorkshire outfit signed Roberts from Premier League club West Bromwich Albion on January transfer deadline day.
According to The Express, Leeds had to pay West Brom a transfer fee of £2.5 million in order to secure the services of the 19-year-old, who can operate as a striker or a winger.

Leeds fans were probably expecting the Wales Under-21 international to feature this weekend, but head coach Christiansen has stated that the teenager will not be part of the Championship game against Cardiff City at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon.
“No, no not for this game,” Christiansen told Leeds Live when asked if Roberts will go straight into the first team.
“Well, next week he will start,” added the Leeds head coach.

Leeds are outside the Championship playoffs at the moment, but the West Yorkshire outfit are very much in the running for a top-six finish in the league this season and will be determined to win against Cardiff at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon.
