Good decision from Leeds United?
Phillips is a very good player and is one of the best central midfielders in the Championship.
The 23-year-old is a key figure at Leeds and has improved a lot under head coach Marcelo Bielsa.
It would make sense for Leeds to hand the youngster a new contract and tie him down to a new contract.
