Aapo Halme, who left Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United for Barnsley in the summer transfer window, scored for Barnsley against Derby County on Wednesday.

Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to Aapo Halme scoring for Barnsley against Derby County.
Halme was on target for Barnsley in their 2-2 draw with Derby at Oakwell in the Championship on Wednesday evening.
The 21-year-old Finnish central defender scored for the Yorkshire outfit in the 13th minute of the encounter.
Leeds fans were pleased with Halme scoring against Derby, given that the defender is a former Elland Road player and the rivals between the Whites and the Rams.
The Finland Under-21 international joined Leeds from HJK Helsinki in January 2018 for a transfer fee reported by The Yorkshire Evening Post to be worth £500,000.
The defender struggled to make an impact at Elland Road and had injury issues, and in the summer of 2019, he moved to Yorkshire and Championship rivals Barnsley.
According to WhoScored, Halme has made five starts and two substitute appearances in the Championship for Barnsley so far this season, scoring one goal in the process.
Leeds and Derby’s rivalry has intensified since last season following the ‘Spygate’ controversy.
