Leeds United are reportedly keen on midfielder Leon Osman.

Leeds have made two signing under new manager Garry Monk – and reports claim he’s considering Leon Osman as a possible third arrival.
Monk landed Swedish striker Marcus Antonsson from Kalmar last month, and then secured the signature of Swansea City defender Kyle Bartley on a season-long loan deal on Friday.
Monk may be looking for additions in other areas though, and a veteran midfielder to add some experience to the side could be targeted after Liam Bridcutt’s loan deal from Sunderland expired.
The Yorkshire Evening Post recently reported that Leeds missed out on the signature of Swansea City midfielder Leon Britton – and Monk may well have turned his attention to Leon Osman instead.
The Daily Mail report that Monk is considering a swoop to sign Osman on a free transfer, after the 35-year-old was released by Everton earlier this summer.
Osman, who has two England caps to his name, spent almost 20 years with Everton, scoring over 50 goals in more than 400 competitive appearances for the Toffees.
Now available for nothing, Leeds could bring Osman to Elland Road this summer – and fans have been taking to Twitter to have their say on the speculation.
Supporters were generally excited about the prospect of landing Osman, believing that he could play a major role at Elland Road despite being in the latter stages of his career.
Fans feel that Osman could still offer plenty of quality in the Championship, and are hoping that the rumour surrounding a possible move to West Yorkshire proves to be true…
