Former Leeds United striker Ross McCormack has joined Melbourne City FC on loan from Aston Villa.

Leeds United fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to Ross McCormack joining Melbourne City FC on loan from Aston Villa.
McCormack moved to Villa from Fulham in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £12 million.
Much was expected of the former Leeds and Rangers striker when he arrived at Villa Park, but the Scotland international failed to make an impact for the Villans.
The 31-year-old was on the books of Leeds from 2010 until 2014 and was quite successful during his spell at Elland Road.

The Scotland international striker was linked with a move back to Leeds in the summer transfer window.
According to a report in The Yorkshire Evening Post, the Whites were looking at McCormack as a potential replacement for New Zealand international striker Chris Wood, who subsequently joined Premier League club Burnley.
