Leeds United were seemingly keen on the services of George Puscas before he joined Reading this summer.

Leeds United supporters on Twitter were amazed at George Puscas’ performance for Reading on Sunday as they beat Cardiff City 3-0 at the Madejski Stadium.
When the transfer window was open, Leeds were seemingly keen on the services of Puscas, who ended up joining Reading following his strong displays at the U-21 European Championships, as reported by the Daily Mail.
Puscas’ first goal, in particular, caught the eye of many people with his solo run from his own half resulting in him opening the scoring for his team.
It needs to be remembered that the aptly-named Romanian, who shares the same name as the Hungarian legend, was playing against a recently-relegated side.
Plus, he was up against a Neil Warnock team, who are seemingly strong in defence, but the previous Leeds target showcased his worth to the second tier.

Nonetheless, Leeds supporters will see for themselves what the highly-rated attacker is all about when Marcelo Bielsa’s side take on Reading at the end of November.
By then, Puscas could potentially be in a position where he has wowed the Championship even further, or he could find that he isn’t living up to expectations.
