Leeds United fans were delighted after thumping Burton 5-0 on Saturday.

Leeds United thumped Burton Albion 5-0 on Saturday to move second in the Championship.
Pierre-Michel Lasogga, who scored twice on his Leeds debut, got the goals and much of the headlines but fans of the Elland Road club were also left purring over another man.

Pablo Hernandez, like so many of his United team-mates, has been in excellent form under Thomas Christiansen but he arguably posted his best performance of the season yesterday.
The 32-year-old slotted home a first-half penalty just before the break to gives the Whites a commanding 3-0 lead, but his all-round play was superb and Leeds supporters singled him out for praise on Twitter after the game.

Hernandez, who had a mixed first season in West Yorkshire after being brought in by Garry Monk last summer, has had to raise his game this season following the arrivals of similar players in Samu Saiz and Egzjan Alioski, and he’s certainly doing that.
