Leeds United have appointed Ivan Bravo to a senior role at the club.

Leeds United have announced the appointment of Ivan Bravo to the club’s board of directors.
The club announced the move on their official website, with Bravo having been pictured at Elland Road alongside new co-owner Andrea Radrizzani earlier this season.
Bravo is the former director of strategy at Real Madrid and helped turn the Spanish giants into one of the world’s most profitable clubs.

His arrival at Leeds is the first major move made by Radrizzani which demonstrates his excellent contacts from across the sporting world.
Radrizzani told the club’s official website: “On behalf of everybody at Leeds United I would like to welcome Ivan to the club.
“He brings to the role a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from leading roles at the very highest levels of the game. I look forward to working closely with Ivan as the club comes together to build on the progress achieved this season.”

Radrizzani bought a 50 per cent stake in Leeds from Massimo Cellino in January and is expected to buy the final half of the club this summer.
Leeds have enjoyed a strong season and have a bright future to look forward to, but there is one more piece of business which needs urgently addressing, the future of Garry Monk, and fans hope this is next on the club’s agenda.
