Leeds United have still not been able to find a successor for Garry Monk.

Garry Monk has taken a hammering from Leeds United fans since his decision to step down as manager, but his comments in his first press conference since taking charge at Middlesbrough have caused some doubts.
Leeds fans have been left furious at Monk, for turning down Andrea Radrizzani’s offer to stay at Elland Road.
However, the 38-year-old gave his side of the story yesterday, in his first media appearance since taking the Middlesbrough job.

He said to the TalkSPORT: “I loved it. My only thought was to be at Leeds but after discussions things weren’t aligned for me to be able to do my best.”
While some Leeds fans decided they simply do not believe Monk’s comments, and feel he has chased the money, there is now a certain section with doubts forming over Radrizzani.
Leeds fans appear to be concerned that the new Italian owner did not get a deal for Monk over the line, and have expressed their doubts on social media.
Leeds are still looking for a replacement for Monk, following his resignation.
The Whites have been linked with a number of different managers, but are not thought to be close to be appointing Monk’s successor.
