Alioski featured for Leeds in the Championship match against Middlesbrough at Elland Road on Sunday afternoon.
The 25-year-old winger started the game and played until the fifth minute of injury time, as the home team won 2-1.
The Macedonia international scored the second goal for Leeds in the 54th minute and did well during his time on the pitch.
Leeds fans were impressed with the performance of the summer signing from Lugano, but they have outlined three problems in his game – does not have a great first touch, lacks consistency and cannot stay on his feet.
Over the course of the 90 minutes at Elland Road on Sunday afternoon, hosts Leeds had 43% of the possession, took 12 shots of which two were on target, and earned three corners, according to BBC Sport.
The result means that Boro are now sixth in the Championship table, while Leeds are level on points in seventh.
