Leeds left-back will miss upcoming game with Derby County.
Leeds United have been dealt an unwelcome injury blow with the news Charlie Taylor is out of this Friday’s game with Derby County.
Taylor missed the FA Cup fixture against Cambridge United on Monday, and Leeds had hoped he would be fit for the must win game against the Rams.

Garry Monk delivered the news in his press conference on Wednesday, reported by the Yorkshire Evening Post.
Centre-back Liam Cooper is battling for fitness and could still make it, after picking up an injury against Cambridge.
With Pontus Jansson suspended, Leeds are in real need of Cooper being fit, although Luke Ayling could deputise at centre-back with Lewie Coyle playing at right-back.

Taylor’s injury is disappointing news, even though Leeds have alternatives with Gaetano Berardi and Tyler Denton.
The left-back was Leeds’ player of the year last season and despite doubts about his long term future at the club, he has continued in fine form this campaign.
With the transfer window open, it is perhaps best Taylor is temporarily out of the shop window, but fans are worried about whether or not there could be foul play with regards to the defender’s availability.
